Introducing the Physics of Happiness
Happiness has been quoted as the point of life itself. True or not, certainly it is far less understood than you might imagine. I completed my PhD thesis on the very topic, and I could still be writing now (err, I am!)
I got seriously interested in happiness from working with private clients and teaching hypnotherapy and NLP since the late 90's. Why bother? Well, perhaps when you hit a mid-life crisis, or you are stressed, or losing your old motivation, that's when you might get interested. Now even governments are getting interested in happiness.
Coming form a background in science (physics), I have looked at happiness from ALL angles and traditions. My findings are at the core of my thesis on a New Understanding of Happiness and what motivates us. I call this new model "The Physics of Happiness," because it combines philosophical, esoteric, emotional and psychological elements into a single practical real-world way to explain what happiness is about, how to move towards and sustain it, and overcome personal obstacles.
